Positive, growth mindset teacher with a visual and hands-on approach to learning. I'd describe my personality as positive, supportive, kind. I like tutoring because I really enjoy making a difference in people's lives. Love to see an aha moment! I'm looking for a job that the student and I fit well together and I can teach and inspire them to not only achieve but set new goals. I started tutoring before I received my education degree and never really stopped. In my spare time, I like to knit, be on the water, hang out with friends, and learn new things. One thing you should know about me is we are a team and looking forward to supporting the family dynamic the best way I can! My skills include all things math, reading and writing. Really like to have different perspectives in teaching kids, as we all learn differently.
