I have cared for pets since childhood to be honest as our home was full of them and my father taught us how to take good care of them all and get a routine going. How to stay organized, clean and safe. Then in 2000 I worked on a farm in Waxhaw, North Carolina for the summer and learned how to help run a property smoothly and safely with a whole host of animals (among many, many other lessons.) That summer ingrained a deep love and compassion for barnyard animals, livestock and large mammals. In 2004 I got a job as a care coordinator in a veterinary clinic and learned veterinary clinic life wasn't for me. I started pet sitting for the families though and have been since. Now 22 years later I still have the honor of caring for people's pets and properties. I take the responsibility seriously, and have a lot of fun and share a lot of love at the same time. I require a site visit before committing to any job.
