Alexis scheduled an interview with our family for Wednesday, January 29th at 12:00pm. She confirmed the appointment on Monday and I provided the address. She did not show up and sent zero communication. It is now 2:00pm - two full hours past our scheduled time. Even a 10-second text saying "can't make it" would have been acceptable. The complete silence before, during, and for two hours after the appointment shows a lack of basic professional courtesy. Anyone with a legitimate reason would have found a way to send even a brief message during this timeframe. This wasted my time and caused unnecessary disruption to my day.
