Making a difference in people's lives is my calling, and I've dedicated the last four years to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors. My college degree has given me a solid foundation. I'm passionate about supporting well-being and independence, drawing on positive experiences in previous care roles. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize respecting independence while building connections with care recipients. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide hospice services, home health, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred communication method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
