About Alex

I'd describe my personality as energetic, thoughtful, and naturally happy. I like working with kids because they always teach me something new. I'm looking for a job that needs a spirited caregiver invested in providing your family with the best care possible. I started working with kids when I began teaching ballet at The Star Center in South Austin. Since then, I've cared for several families and currently teach private music instruction as well. In my spare time, I like to hike and bicycle, read, paint, and play music on piano, ukulele, and guitar. One thing you should know about me is I take my work VERY seriously. I am dedicated, I'm a problem solver, and to me, quality of service is of paramount importance. My skills include activity planning, habit and routine building, communication.
