About Aleyna

I have been a board certified music therapist since 2010, and have 15 years of experience working with the people of all ages and all disabilities. I have experience giving music lessons for voice, piano, and guitar. I'm open to positions in tutoring, childcare, or caring for adults. In my spare time, I like to be with my family. My husband and I have 5 kids, and we try to go on as many adventures as possible. One thing you should know about me is I bring my training as a music therapist to tutoring. It can be a great tool to memorize the basic concepts before teaching the more complex aspects of a subject. My skills include the use of music and movement to enhance learning, years of experience and training with the special education population, and the ability to adapt curriculum to a client's needs and preferences.
