About Ali

I have a younger brother and sister, both preteen now, who I have watched constantly throughout their childhood. In boarding school (high school) I babysat for a faculty member once a month or so (ages 3 and 5), and I sit for a family friend's kids (ages 5 and 7) occasionally before I moved to the city. I tutored French for middle schoolers in college, as well as high school students and fellow French major students at Eckerd College. I just finished my BA in Int'l Relations and French, and love learning and teaching what I know! I also spent a semester volunteering with Creative Clay, an organization that works to give people with special needs of all ages the opportunity to express themselves artistically. I work at Whole Foods currently as a cake decorator (for the past four years seasonally - currently full-time) but am looking to transition to nannying/tutoring as I save up for graduate school.
