About Alia

Hi! My name is Alia and I am 24 years old. I have a B. S. in Psychology and Family, Community, & Human Development. I am currently getting my Master's degree in Social Work. I have many years of experience working with children and youth in various settings. I have experience teaching elementary school children from diverse backgrounds in an after school setting. I also have experience working at a social and emotional learning preschool. Currently, I am a therapist intern at a CA in Salt Lake City that provides individual and family therapy to youth. Not only do I love playing and having fun with kids, but I also take great joy in encouraging them to be their best. Aside from my schoolwork and job, I enjoy Pilates, hiking, snowboarding, going to the beach, hanging out with friends, dancing, concerts, and I am generally pretty energetic and outgoing.
