Alicia has cared for our two daughters on several occasions, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. She has supported us through newborn care, the toddler stage, and now preschool years, and she handles each phase with so much ease, patience, and confidence. With our newborn, she was gentle, attentive, and incredibly reliable. With our toddler and preschooler, she is warm, playful, and creative, keeping them engaged while also maintaining structure and calm. Both kids adore her, and we feel completely at ease every time we leave them in her care. Alicia communicates clearly, shows up on time, and always goes the extra mile. Any family would be lucky to have her.
