Hi Everyone! I have been a full-time professional nanny for the last 13 years. I truly love and enjoy what I do. I have a degree in Psychology/Health Science from Rowan University and certifications in behavior change, nutrition, and health/wellness. I have experience with all ages of children, from newborns to young teens. I've been a full-time household manager for several years, so needs aside from just caring for the children are within my range. Due to my father's health in the last year and more recently in the fall of 2025, I have had to take a step back from full-time nanny work in order to care for my father. My availability has changed to work around his shared schedule with my mother and brother. I am completely available through the weekends; Monday-Friday after 2:30pm; and on certain weekdays I can be available earlier than 2:30 p.m. If it sounds like I could be a good fit for your family and needs, reach out! We’ve been lucky to have Alicia as our nanny for the past two years, she has been an integral part of our family. She cared for our two daughters, starting when they were 4 months and 2 years old, and was consistently warm, dependable, and loving. She also cared for our older child whenever needed. She has a natural way with kids — calm, kind, and patient — but also knows how to keep them engaged and on a routine. One of the things we appreciated most was her communication. She always kept us in the loop, was respectful of our parenting style, and just overall easy to trust. We always felt our kids were safe and genuinely cared for. We're only parting ways because of a change in our family’s schedule, and we truly wish we could keep her longer. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
