Although Alicia did a great job caring for my elderly mom's dog, she disappointed us in the end. She had asked that I pay her in advance for each week, which I did. However, my mom's dog died just after I paid her that week's fees ($270). When I first asked her about it, she said she would refund the money, but then ignored any further contact from me. It left a very bad taste in my mouth.
