I have over 10 years of experience working with children ages newborn -7 years old. My current place of employment is a Headstart Child care center. Prior, I was a nanny for a family of four, and worked for Primrose Schools as a Pre-K teacher for 10 years . I love to read stories to children of all ages, create various crafts, implement positive character traits, fun sensory experiences and enjoy being outdoors. Our family could not express enough how much of a blessing Alicia has been to our family during the time of Covid. We were looking for someone who was attentive, loving, and had early childhood experience. Alicia met those requirements and more. She is reliable, and always communicates what is going on with our children. She created weekly and daily curriculum for our 3 year old that was engaging, challenging, and fun. We have seen such educational and emotional growth in our daughter. She will be more than prepared for Pre-K! Alicia also kept our newborn starting around 4 months a couple days a week. She is just exceptional! If it were not for our kids progressing back into more communal settings in the fall, we would continue with Alicia. We highly recommend her and we are happy to talk more with anyone about our experience.
