I am skilled in respite care, transportation, hospice services, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Understanding a person's preferences and history is important to me.. Knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's day is my goal.
