I have had many experiences ever since 13 watching children. I also have a brother with special needs who I have dealt with from time to time since he was a baby. When I was in high school, I volunteered at a camp an overlooked a cabin of 14 middle school children by myself, the outcome we got awarded top cabin. I also have a 13-year-old daughter as well a 8-year-old son. I do not plan to have them with me as I care for other children, I am asking 15hr although I am Very reasonable and know how hard getting affordable child care can be. I am currently looking for consistency.
