Alicia is great! She is the nanny of our 2 year-old and often babysits our 6 year-old. The kids run out to the door to greet her when she arrives, and we are always confident they are in good hands when we leave. She is experienced and confident and the kids respond well to this. We have often asked her for advice for childcare issues and her responses are always helpful.
