I highly recommend Alicia for your childcare needs, she is very reliable, she has her own transportation, all the kids loved her and were comfortable with her right away, she cooks with the kids which they all love, she cleans up after herself and the kiddos, she is great with all ages including infants. The kids always ask for her to babysit. It is nice to have someone you can trust, so you don't have to worry when you are away from home.
