Hello, my name is Alisha, born and raised in Chicago! I have always had a nurturing and caring nature about me. I was always good with the children in my family growing up. I joined the childcare field three years ago! I've been a preschool teacher, and just recently I've joined the home care field. I am a full-time nanny working for a family as an at-home teacher! I find so much joy and purposefulness in working with children and helping them build that strong foundation! The foundation that will structure the rest of their lives. I am very creative so I love doing art projects and science experiments! I am also very active, I'm always doing a lot of movement with the kids! I have experience working with all age groups from infants to 10 years old. I am CPR certified, SIDS certified, shaking baby syndrome aware, and certified! I am Covid vaccinated. I am first aid certified. I also have various trainings in childcare as a teacher! :)

Alisha was our full-time nanny for about 4 months and still helps us out occasionally! My 3 year old son and 1 year old son love her! She is so playful and engaging with children. Wonderful with imaginative play and art. They always had so much fun! Alisha was also very helpful around the house and left things tidy each day. Alisha is bright and sweet and a pleasure to work with!
