My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to senior care, where I have one year of experience providing live-in home care, home health, and meal preparation. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I have some college experience, hold current CPR and First Aid certifications, and I have a certified nurse aide license.
