About Alison

I have worked as an activity coordinator for the last few years in an assisted living which frequently overlaps with resident personal care. I started caring for seniors 4 years ago. I am certified as a PCA and homemaker. I am also CPR and First aid certified. I currently work with seniors as an activity coordinator. Before that I worked as a nanny and then in the schools as a paraprofessional. I love helping people and am very social. In my spare time, I like to hike and do anything that involves movement especially outside. One thing you should know about me is I am super organized and can handle a lot of responsibilities. A prior job as a 911 dispatcher taught me how to multitask very well! My skills include helping seniors to remain active, making them feel comfortable, and bringing a smile to their face!
