Called out almost immediately and left us without coverage and needing to call out of work. we hired someone else in case she called out again and she did. also we need to repaint our entire living room because there is permanent marker on 3 different walls. The marker wasn't washable but also doesn't seem like any attempt to clean it was made and it was never mentioned to us.
