Alissa and Etienne are a dream team! They thoroughly read my job posting and replied promptly. Their communication (amount, frequency, level of detail) was perfect for me. We had a great chat through the Care.com platform. They offered to meet my husband and me via Zoom. This put everyone at ease because it was like we already knew one another by the time the dream team arrived to keep an eye on my husband. Everything I requested was taken care of, and more. Etienne asked if there was anything he could bring, to make my husband feel more comfortable (in this case, tea)! He is very knowledgeable, competent, personable, and has a calming presence. Alissa kept everything organized and running smoothly. Both caregivers have a warm and cheerful disposition. I was able to leave the home for several hours and knew my husband would have exceptional care. They exceeded my expectations, and my husband said they are "great".
