About Alissa

Hi my name is Alissa, and I just moved to NWA from Orlando, FL. I am looking for a full time position starting in October. Growing up as the oldest with 7 younger siblings, I have always been around children. I started out sitting and working as a part-time nanny in middle school, and progressed from there. I have a total of 8 years of experience, and plenty of references. I have worked as a professional full time nanny for 3 years. I believe I am very kind and patient with children, and have worked with all ages, including babies. I believe in the balance of gentle and assertive nannying styles. I am very active and outdoorsy, and am a creative person who enjoys singing and writing poetry and music. I love working with kids and take pride in getting to positively influence them as they grow into their own person! I am also CPR/AED certified, having successfully intervened in emergency chocking situations on two occasions.
