Hi! My names Alivia, I'm 26, and I've worked professionally with children for the past 10 years! I grew up babysitting kids in my neighborhood and when I was 16 I got hired as a swim coach/ swim instructor for kids ages 6months- 17 years old. I coached for 8 years and currently work as a registered behavioral technician in a clinic specializing in the needs and treatment of children on the autism spectrum. For the last four years I have also been a weekend nanny for a family that very quickly became apart of my own family. I'm starting the process of finding another job in the hopes of generating a more stable work/life balance and the possibility of going back to school for child development.
