Hello, I'm Aliyah! A compassionate professional with a Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

With a profound love for children, I have hands-on experience caring for kids aged 4 weeks to 13 years. Each child I meet brings a unique personality, making every day an adventure. I truly believe there's never a dull moment with children, and that's what makes babysitting so enjoyable for me.

 My current pay rate is $22-25 an hour, depending on age and the tasks requested. I've been getting several messages from lovely families lately, so please book ahead whenever possible to ensure I will be available! I am CPR/First Aid certified & vaccinated. Aliyah has helped with my children now 7 & 11yrs old for a few date nights.  She is good with them both and my daughter adores her.  She is kind, respectful and always on-time.  I would absolutely recommend her to other families.

Aliyah is such a lovely young woman. She really knows how to interact with children, and you can tell she actually enjoys babysitting unlike some of the other sitters I've hired. She was punctual, respectful, and my kids specifically request her every time hubby and I have a date night! She will also apparently be finishing school soon so please book her if you're on the fence.. she won't be babysitting forever unfortunately!

Aliyah showed up 30 min before start time which we appreciated for the first time!  Very friendly, courteous and wanting to know the kids.  She spent time with the kids playing outdoors and indoor activities.  She would text if any questions arose during her time with kiddos.  We felt very confident in Aliyah to care for them.  My kids were sad when we came home!!  We will definitely hire her again!

We've hired Aliyah twice to watch our daughters. I will say that she was responsive, punctual and seems to be a nice girl, but regrettably I have to say that we will not hire her again.  She did not interact with or engage the children AT ALL. My four year old is talkative and tried to interact with Aliyah by showing her toys and games and the only words we ever heard Aliyah say to her the entire time were "Oh Wow" and "Really". She took the job title of babysitting literally because she really just sat down and only said a few words for most of the time she was here. If my younger daughter wasn't as friendly and talkative I'm pretty sure Aliyah would have just had her sitting in silence or watching IPad the entire time.  At first I thought that she just needed to get adjusted to a new family but the second time we hired her was the same.

Aliyah was so kind & respectful. We will definitely be reaching out to her again!

Aliyah is for sure one of my kid's favorite sitters! She watches Disney movies with them, does arts and crafts, and always makes sure to clean up after. Love it. This is actually the first time I have used care.com, but I would 100% recommend this site and HER to anyone!
