About Allesta

Hello friends! My name is allesta, I'm 18 years old and have firsthand experience as a caregiver for my 80-year-old grandfather. Over time, I've learned that caring for someone isn't just about making meals, helping with mobility, or keeping up with medications--it's about making sure they feel valued, comfortable, and heard. My days with him have been filled with everything from preparing breakfast to listening to his favorite stories. While I may not have been getting payed for that experience, it taught me a lot about what it takes to care for older people, how to keep them entertained, interested, and most importantly lively! I would love the opportunity to offer the same support and companionship I've given my grandfather to another senior who could use a helping hand and a friendly face.
