Allison is an absolute gift to my family as she cares for our 1-year-old son. Communicative and punctual. She easily maneuvers around our pets and It is obvious she genuinely enjoys the company of children. My son smiles when she comes into our home to care for him. I'm sure all parents reading this know that that is everything.
