About Allison

Hello! My name is Allie. I am a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Elementary Education and will soon be a certified teacher. I bring over 10 years of experience working with children in diverse educational settings, including internships at local elementary schools, outreach programs, STEM and art enrichment programs, after-school care, preschool classrooms, teen leadership groups, and private nannying. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of child development across age levels and learning styles. I am passionate about creating engaging, structured, and supportive learning environments where students feel confident and capable. I believe in meeting each child where they are academically and emotionally, using differentiated instruction to support their unique strengths and needs. I am committed to helping students build skills, gain confidence, and develop a love of learning.
