Allison has been absolutely amazing with my children. this is the first person outside of my mom who has watched my kids without me being there. She's exceeded all expectation! She has such a calm and gentle presence that my son immediately connected with, and even my older two kids adored her. She’s dependable, always on time (often early), and goes above and beyond, she’s even stepped in to help on days I didn’t have posted on Care.com. I truly appreciate how caring, patient, and professional she is. Any family would be lucky to have her!
