About Allison

Hello! My name is Allison and I am a seasoned childcare provider located in San Diego. I hope you see that I am comfortable working with people of all ages and abilities. I have been working with children since 2016 since I got my first role as a swim coach. Since then, I have worked primarily in outdoor education-so I love to take your kids outside to play! I have experience as a substitute teacher in schools as well, so I am versed in many elementary and middle school teaching methods. In these roles, I have work with all ages and abilities. My educational background is in social work, earning me a Masters. While my primary social work experience is with adult mental health in crisis, I was able to work with very diverse families and clients all while practicing evidence based care and rapport building. When I'm not working I love to hike, climb, surf and play board games! I have a clean driving record, my own car, and insurance. I hope you'll consider me for your family!
