About Allison

Hi!! My name is Alli , and I am a dedicated childcare provider with over 5 years of hands-on experience. I'm college educated and have worked both as a private nanny and through professional childcare agencies. I'm currently completing an internship at Yale University and am now seeking a full time nanny position in the New Haven area. Throughout my career I've cared for children ranging in age from 4 months to 9 years old, with a strong focus on infants and toddlers under 3. I've worked with five different families long-term, gaining experience with multiples, potty training, school readiness, and caring for children with special needs. I'm especially passionate about the Waldorf approach to early childhood development and love incorporating nature-based activities into the daily routine. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, sewing, hiking, and taking my dog on long walks. I look forward to connecting with a family that values a warm and attentive caregiver!
