About Allyson

My name is Allyson, and I am a dedicated caregiver and proud mom to a wonderful 4-year-old son. Being a parent has deepened my patience, empathy, and understanding of how important it is to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and families. I previously worked as a special needs teacher, where I gained hands on experience supporting children with diverse learning styles, developmental needs, and unique personalities. That role strengthened my ability to stay calm, adaptable, and attentive while creating meaningful connections and helping children feel seen, understood, and encouraged. I am now looking for opportunities that allow me to continue doing what I truly love caring for and supporting children and families in a more personal, one on one setting. I bring a strong sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, and compassion to everything I do, along with a natural ability to build positive relationships with both children and parents.
