About Alondra

Hello Families! I'm Alondra, a dedicated child development professional with 5 years of experience as a nanny and Early Head Start/Head Start teacher. I hold a B. A. in Child Development, a Child Development Permit, and an A. A. in Child & Adolescent Development. I'm currently looking for a long-term position where I can bring my experience, education, and love for early childhood development into a family-centered environment. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and love creating fun, developmentally appropriate activities that support growth--like art for emotional expression, outdoor play for motor skills, and music for joyful learning. I have experience with children of all abilities, including those with speech or developmental delays. My starting rate is $29/hour for one child, $33 for two and I have flexibility in a start date.
