About Alyson

Hello, my name is Alyson. I have experience working with children, from babysitting children ages five months to 13 years old age along with working at a daycare center. While in college, I worked as a work-study in the Early Childhood Education Center. During the time, I was working there, I was able to work with many different age groups from 6 weeks old to 6 years old. I am CPR/AED certified for infants and adults. I recently graduated from college with an AA in American Sign Language Interpreting. I'm fluent in sign language and I have learned that over the past few years more parents introduce their young ones to sign because it is a simple way of communication and the child is more calm. Currently, I am working toward obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Applied Science through continuing education program. I am passionate about child care because they are the building blocks of our future leaders and we all learn from them no matter their age.
