After lengthy correspondence including phone calls and checked references, we had agreed on payment, times, and details, but when it came time for her to actually come to the house and meet my family, she stopped responding to calls and texts. She never let me know she decided against working for me, which is very unprofessional and leads me to the conclusion that she is unreliable.
