About Amanda

Hello parents! I'm 27 and graduated from DePaul in 2020. I live in River North, and have lived in Chicago the past 8 years and Illinois all my life. I'm the eldest daughter, so I grew up with the responsibility of caring for my two younger siblings often and have babysat/nannied for a decade. I'm responsible, responsive, attentive, and organized in all sectors of my life. I'm a neat freak and take good care of my space and other homes. I find it very important to get kids off tech and outside or exploring creativity with crafts, building, baking, or whatever interests them! I've cared for children ranging from a few months old to 13 years old, finding unique ways to stimulate their minds and build a fun and trusting environment. I also care for other people's pets weekly and have a mini dachshund of my own who kids love. I hope you find me to be a strong fit to help out your family or furry companion!
