I have always had a passion for taking care of younger children. I for one enjoyed being on baby duty while at family parties, played, changed diapers and did the feedings! I was in my early teens when I realized that this is something I really love doing! I have taken care of many babies/children of all ages. It's always a pleasure and so rewarding helping and watching them develop as they grow! Amanda has been working with our son for over a year, from when he was 5 months old to 19 months old and has been amazing with him the whole time. She has a genuine affection and care for children and was great about taking our son out on adventures to parks, and regular pool visits while interacting with him and guiding him along the whole time. She helped teach my wife and I many useful tips on how to gently teach our toddler the right way to do things such as brushing his teeth, maintaining sleep training, and addressing budding emotions. Amanda is also extremely communicative, providing regular photo and video updates of her and my son out and about having fun and exploring the world. Our original plan was to stay with Amanda until my son hit preschool age and we're only only moving on early due to outside career factors but our loss is someone else's gain. Amanda was amazing with our son and our family and I would (and plan to) gladly hire her again.
