I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrating small successes with positive reinforcement. Communication is essential. Open dialogue builds trust and allows me to adapt my approach. I have a college degree and one year of tutoring experience in math and science for elementary and middle school students. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of being a tutor. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I would love to help your student succeed!
