I'd describe my personality as calm, empathetic & kind. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy the wisdom & hearing their stories & take on historical perspectives. I started caring for seniors when my father got diagnosed as diabetic. In my spare time, I like to read. One thing you should know about me is that I am very patient. My skills include effective communication, cognitive stimulation, engaging in activities that provide emotional support, and adapting the environment to reduce anxiety and enhance well-being. I provide empathy, understanding, and encouragement to help manage emotional challenges and help alleviate stress, foster resilience, and provide compassionate care, ultimately supporting both the well-being of the client and their loved ones. I actively listen and empathize the feelings of the person I am caring for. I effectively exchange information, understanding, & empathy with clients, families, & healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care and support.
