I have 9 years of professional experience in childcare, though I have worked with children since teenage years via children's ministries and babysitting/nanny jobs. I have previously worked 2 years in professional daycare facilities. I am the Sunday school teacher at our home church for 6 years, and have current nanny/babysitting experience. I work great with all age groups, though I have the most experience with infants and toddlers. My heart is with caring for children. I do have a background check available, upon request. I am CPR/First Aid certified and am willing to negotiate pay.

Amanda has been an excellent childcare provider for our children. She has watched my daughter (now 18 months old) part time for the past year. She has also watched my son (now 3.5 years old), who is autistic, for shorter periods of time during the day before and after his therapy sessions. She is friendly, reliable, patient and calm. She always arrives on time and notifies me well in advance if she needs to switch days or take a day off. She has had success in getting our daughter to eat more solids and take regular naps. Our children are very comfortable with her and she interacts well with them. We plan to stay in touch with her in the future!
