Amanda was our full-time nanny for about 18 months to our two children - our son, from about 18 months old until about 3 years old, and our daughter, from 8 to 9.5 years old. We were so lucky to have found her! Amanda made all of our lives better - she was a calm and careful caretaker to our son, and often had a craft idea up her sleeve for our daughter. We're a no-TV household, and Amanda always seemed to be reading to our son. She was flexible with our daily schedules, and up for odd tasks (like taking care of a sick chicken). She was great with all of our animals, even our great big dog. It was always so nice to come home to a house Amanda had been in - it was organized, smelled wonderful (she's a magician with essential oils), and our daughter had even done her chores. We could come home from work and focus on being parents, rather than all the little household tasks that can eat up an evening. We're so glad we had her as a nanny!
