I am a 6th/7th grade reading interventionist teacher for NISD. I work with students who did not pass the reading STAAR test or/and they're dyslexia identified. My specialties include STAAR prep, testing strategies, and expert in curriculum and state standards. I believe that working with children has taught me may different values. I am patient, kind, and value relationship building. I lead with social and emotional learning. With that being said, I am hoping these skills can be transferable to work with seniors in need of companionship.
