About Amanda

I have had a career focused on youth development, relationships, outdoor recreation, and community building. My background is in outdoor youth programming at various locations across the city from Carkeek Park to YMCA's Camp Terry in Preston. I developed programs that were safe, engaging, and educational. These days, I am running my own private mental health practice working with teens and individual adults navigating interpersonal relationship issues, anxiety, and challenges with self esteem. I operate from an attachment based perspective which fosters an environment of security, exploration, and unconditional support.
