Hi families and loved ones! My name is Amaya and I am hoping to be of help to you and your loved ones in the best way suited for you. I work as a nursing assistant making this year, year four of senior care however, I gratefully spent most of my childhood tending to my family's healthcare needs. I would describe myself as compassionate and calm. I personally experienced taking care of family with heart failure and diabetes. Professionally, I have experience caring for clients with autism and schizophrenia as well as bed bound clients. There is no detail that is too small or unimportant when it comes to patient care so transparent communication is highly encouraged. I enjoy learning every detail there is to the clients I will be caring for! My skills include the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
