I hired Amber to clean our home one time. She was great at communicating before hiring her. While cleaning there were multiple missed areas that I had to ask her to clean, such as the bathroom mirrors and vacuuming the stairs. Further, later that evening after she left, I started noticing many areas that were not cleaned at all with dirt and dust still present, for example, the tub and shower, kitchen and bathroom sinks, and many of the surfaces in the home. Many items were not moved either when cleaning. She did do a deep clean to the top of our stove and that was nice. I was hoping to work through this and give her the benefit of the doubt. I texted Amber to discuss my concerns and see what needed to be done to ensure that cleaning would be more thorough the next time. I never heard back from her. Unfortunately I would not recommend or rehire.
