Hi! I'm Amber, a junior at UD. I currently work as a part-time nanny, but would love to fill up my schedule! All my life I've worked with and around young children as I have been babysitting since around 15 years old and have two younger siblings! I've worked with kids ages 4 months - 12 years old. I love to bring the kids outside when the weather permits, whether it be to the park or just hanging out in the backyard. Otherwise I really enjoy doing hands on activities such as arts and crafts or building legos. Specifically with the little ones, I focus on engaging in things like tummy time and sensory play! I am happy to prepare meals, assist with homework, and provide light housekeeping. I have my own reliable transportation, am CPR and first aid certified, do not smoke, and love animals as I have 3 dogs myself. She was absolutely amazing!! I appreciated so much how she treated my child like hers. She is very smart and good at communicating. She can cook cookies!! And I mean without burning them!! To the point where they're soft but not too soft!! I'm pretty sure she's related to Mary Poppins!! She also took my son to find insects for his little bug box. As well she took him to to feed the geese!! I would 1000% not hesitate to have her take care of my son again!! And I am very protective of my son but she put me at ease.
