We hired Amber with hopes she would be with our family long term. On day 1 she told my 36 month old he was rude and day 2 chose to ignore his requests to play as a punishment. I pulled her aside after hearing these things and let her know it wasn’t a good fit as she didn’t seem to be enjoying her time. She then told me my 3 year old isn’t ready for preschool due to his “behaviors” which btw were smacking his baby brother once and pouring a puzzle bin on the floor.. 1.5 days and my kid is judged
