When my husband and I interviewed Amber and we were very impressed by her gentle demeanor and collaborative nature. We moved to Chicagoland area when my husband took a new job, and I am so grateful to have found Amber when we did. She has been an amazing and reliable caregiver to my 2 young children. She is very attentive, knowledgeable in ECE practices, and proactive in finding educational activities that both my kids enjoy (and continue to ask for to this day). While both my kids have entered school, her influence has helped them thrive both academically and socially. My husband and I both wanted someone to help our children become kind, helpful, and motivated - she has instilled these qualities alongside us and we are both very thankful. My kids absolutely love her daughter. Amber shows my kids with the same level of attention and care as her own, which has helped me on days I work from home, host clients, or need extra support.
