About Amber

I've been a compassionate and trustworthy home health aide for 10 years. I love my job and the ability to help others. I feel very honored to have known and listened to the many unique stories from everyone I've had the chance to take care of. I have experience with medication assistance, bathing, grooming, and toileting. I helped transfer clients with walking, sitting, or standing, preparing meals, housekeeping, helping with care plans, light physical therapy, changing ostomy bags, charting medications and notes as necessary, and so much more. I have certifications in C. P. R, Nurse delegation, mental health, dementia, developmentally disabled, and diabetes. I also have my food handlers permit. I'm very committed to my job and especially my clients. I know how overwhelming it can be to have a loved one in need of care. I believe respect and dignity are key factors for this job and helping each person stay as independent as possible. Person centered care is a nessity.
