I'm looking for a job that is mainly companion care. Although I have helped many seniors in my life. I have experience with transfers, full care, continence, assist with ADLs , bed assist, hospice, etc. I started caring for seniors when I was 29 years old. I worked for a senior living for 2 years. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, walk in nature, color, write, read a good self help book! One thing you should know about me is I am very dedicated to my residents. I will do whatever it takes to make their quality of life better all around! My skills include physical assistance (bathing, grooming, mobility) Empathy & patience (the ability to understand, and slowing down to meet the resident's pace) Household management (light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment)
