About Amelia

Hi everyone! I'm a 26-year-old Master's in Social Work student, and I'm passionate about being a helper. I've worked on/off as a babysitter over 10 years. I've cared for infants to tweens and from 1 to 5 kids at a time. I've worked in a YMCA daycare, a hospital with adolescent groups, a summer camp, and as an afterschool art teacher. I grew up on a farm and have been around animals my whole life. I've been a dog sitter, volunteered at shelters, and cared for cats + dogs of all sizes, in sickness and in health. I've provided home assistance and companion support before. I'm a great cleaner/tidier, cook, and plant owner. I have a BA in psychology, clean driving / personal records, I don't drink or use any substances, and I have my own car! In my free time I love being in nature with my husband, doing arts & crafts, playing with my nieces and nephew, and walking my dog.
